If you operate a cremation facility for human corpses, you must continuously measure and record the air pollutant emissions for certain air pollutants.
You must draw up a measurement report or have one drawn up every year analysing the measurements and submit it to the responsible immission control authority.

The local immission control authority responsible for the installation site is
- in urban districts, large district towns and in administrative communities declared to be lower administrative authorities: the municipal administration
- otherwise the district office

Prerequisite
You are the operator of a facility for the cremation of human corpses.
Procedure
- You analyse the continuous measurements of each calendar year.
- You prepare a measurement report on the results.
- You send the measurement report to the responsible immission control authority by the deadline.
Deadlines
- You must submit the measurement report to the responsible immission control authority within 3 months of the end of each calendar year.
- You must keep the records of the measuring devices for 5 years.
